Music video [edit]

The music video was filmed in Jan 2000 in Malibu, California,[5] and shows Melanie with brusque blonde hair as on the CD single cover wearing white clothes. It begins with a CD role player (which says "Adieu" in Icelandic, suggesting that the video is based in Republic of iceland) and sound arrangement starting upwards a in a metal and drinking glass room in a loftier building with glass bridges with smoke rising from below with a field background. She is also seen jogging on a treadmill with a changing foreground, lying in shallow water and on a bed in the nighttime with an orange-colored laser moving down her. Lopes comes into the video to do her rap and both are seen doing tai-chi. Subsequently, Melanie is floating upwardly in a high-ceiling room and the video ends with her looking at the exterior view. The video includes shots of Iceland's famous Blue Lagoon. The unabridged idea for the video came from Melanie herself: She wanted to make a calm video showing her taking care of her health.
